Venue terms
Last updated 2 November 2026
These terms apply to a pool or snooker hall that claims its listing on Bida Nào or uses the venue dashboard. The service is provided by Nao La Labs Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202632597C), Singapore. They sit alongside our terms of use, refund and cancellation policy and privacy notice.
Your listing is free
Your hall’s page, its place in the directory, the table availability you choose to show and your hall’s leaderboard are free. The listing stays up if you never start a plan, and it stays up if you stop using the dashboard or stop paying.
Claiming a listing
Anyone can ask to claim a listing, so we check that you run the hall before we hand it over, for example by contacting the hall on the phone number or page it already publishes. We may ask for a current ACRA business profile. You confirm that the details you give us are true and that you are authorised to act for the hall.
If two parties claim the same hall, or a hall changes hands, a person at Bida Nào venue support decides after an ownership check. Until then the existing access is unchanged.
The first 30 days
When your claim is approved you get 30 days of the full dashboard free. We take no payment details for this period and nothing is charged. We remind you before it ends. If you do not start a plan, you are not charged, the dashboard tools pause and your listing stays.
The plan and its price
The plan covers the waiting list, bookings and analytics. Its price depends on the number of tables you register and is the price published on our pricing page on the day you pay. A later change to the published price does not affect a period you have already paid for.
A monthly plan has no minimum term: you can cancel at any time and it stops at the end of the month you have paid for. An annual plan is one payment for twelve months and is not refundable once paid. The full rules are in the refund and cancellation policy.
No commission
We do not take a commission or any share of your table revenue. Players pay you directly, in the way they always have. The plan price is the only charge.
What you keep up to date
Players rely on what your page says. You agree to keep your opening hours, tables and availability reasonably current, and to honour the bookings and queue places you accept through Bida Nào. Walk-ins and phone bookings carry on as before.
Your hall’s information
Your hall’s figures, such as bookings, queue activity and no-shows, are shown to you in your dashboard. We do not show them to other halls or to players. We use them to run the service and to support you. The privacy notice explains how personal data is handled.
The automated assistant
Our website may offer an automated assistant that answers questions about Bida Nào for venues. It can make mistakes. If anything it says differs from these terms, the pricing page or the refund and cancellation policy, the published pages apply. Tell us and we will correct it.
Ending and changes
You can stop using the dashboard at any time and can ask us to remove your hall’s dashboard account. We may suspend an account that is used to mislead players or that breaks these terms. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and we tell venues with an account before a change that affects them takes effect.
Venues outside Singapore
If your venue is outside Singapore, these terms are an agreement between your business and Nao La Labs Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202632597C), a company registered in Singapore. Everything above applies to you, with the changes in this section.
If your venue is already listed on Bida Nào, you claim that listing; if it is not, you sign your venue up yourself. Either way, you confirm that you are authorised to act for the venue and that the details you give are true. A listing we show before it is claimed is built from public information and may be incomplete; once you have claimed it you can correct it, and you can ask us to remove it by writing to support@bidanao.app. A page you sign up goes live when you sign up, and a claimed listing comes under your control when your claim is approved; we may take down a page that misleads players or that is not a real venue. Your first 30 days of the full dashboard start on the day you sign up or the day your claim is approved.
Price, currency and payment outside Singapore
The plan’s price is the price published for your country on our pricing page on the day you pay, in that country’s currency. If your country is not on our price list, the plan is charged at our US price, in US dollars. In some countries plans are not yet available; there, the free listing is all we offer.
You pay by card through our payment provider, Stripe. We do not take bank transfers or local payment methods outside Singapore. Your card issuer may add its own fee for a payment to a company in another country; that fee is not ours.
Taxes
We add no tax to the price. You are responsible for any tax your country charges on the service, including any tax your business must account for itself on a service bought from abroad.
In countries where we sell plans only to businesses registered for VAT or GST, you give us a valid business tax number before you pay, and you confirm that you buy the plan for your business. Our invoices then show “reverse charge”, and you account for the tax under your own country’s rules.
Refunds outside Singapore
Our refund and cancellation policy applies to you as it does to a venue in Singapore. We give no refund beyond it, except where a law of your country gives you a right that cannot be excluded by agreement. A refund is made to the card that paid, in the currency it paid in.
Your customers’ details
You decide whose details you record in the dashboard, such as the name and phone number of a customer you add to your queue. You are responsible for collecting them lawfully under your own country’s law, with the person’s consent where that law requires it, and for telling your customers how you use them.
We process those details on your behalf, only to run the service for you, as our privacy notice describes. Our systems are run from Singapore, and our hosting, payment and messaging providers may process data in other countries. We require each of them to protect it.
Data processing terms
This section is our data processing agreement with you. It applies wherever a law, such as the UK or EU General Data Protection Regulation, requires one between a business and the service that handles personal data for it. It needs no separate signature: it is part of these terms.
For your customers’ details, you are the controller and we are your processor. We process them only to provide the service, on the instructions you give by using it, and for no purpose of our own. Everyone at Nao La Labs who can see them is bound to keep them confidential.
We protect them with measures suited to the risk: encrypted connections, access limited to the people who need it, and access rules enforced by our database. If we learn of a breach affecting them, we tell you without undue delay, with what we know, so that you can meet your own duties.
You authorise the providers named in our privacy notice to process them for us. We give each the same duties to protect them, and we remain responsible for them. Before we add or replace one, we update that list and email you at least 30 days ahead; if you object, you may end your plan.
We help you answer a customer who asks to see, correct or delete their details, and with any assessment or consultation your law requires. Where your customers’ details leave the UK or the European Economic Area, we and our providers rely on the standard contractual clauses approved for that purpose.
When your account ends, we delete or return your customers’ details at your request, within 90 days of it, unless a law requires us to keep them. On request we give you the information you need to show that this section is followed.
Governing law outside Singapore
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute about them, wherever your venue is. Before either side starts proceedings, it first writes to the other and both try in good faith, for 30 days, to settle the matter.
These terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version applies.
