Version 1.1.19

Nine languages, and Bida Nào outside Singapore

  • Now in nine languages (seven new).
  • Play anywhere: players outside Singapore sign up with email, and everyone sees the venues in their own country, even before signing in.
  • Your country is pre-selected from your location if you have allowed it, and you can change it in Account & settings when your location shows you are there.
  • Venue not listed? Add it while setting up a match; other players see it after we check it.
  • Rate a venue you have played at, from 1 to 5 stars, with an optional comment.
  • Opens straight on Play: start scoring in one tap.
  • Invite your friend during or after the match; they can confirm the result in a browser, no app needed.
  • New “No call” option for 8-ball and 10-ball. Heyball now follows the official rules for an 8 on the break: the 8 is respotted (golden break stays as a house rule), and the frame is lost for “8 with the last ball” or “8 potted on a foul”.
  • Analytics Pro shows your local price, and weekly tips can be switched off in Account & settings.
  • Fixes: long names fit on the scoreboard; review buttons stay above the keyboard; the top bar no longer slips under the status bar; a refused QR code is no longer re-scanned; share cards no longer cut off long titles.

Version 1.1.18

The public launch

  • Public launch on the App Store and Google Play.
  • Player cards: your number on a card per game, ready to share.
  • Watch live matches: follow a frame as it is played.
  • Invite a friend: open a seat and share a code. The match counts once your friend confirms the result.
  • BidaRate Analytics, with Analytics Pro on sale in the app.
