Help for venues
Last updated 18 September 2026
Everything the venue dashboard does, in the order you meet it. About fifteen minutes gets a hall running; the rest is at your own pace.
Getting set up
Sign up at bidanao.app/join/venue, then sign in at venue.bidanao.app with the password you chose. The first time you sign in, a short set-up opens: confirm your hall’s details, set how many tables of each game you have, choose your opening hours from a preset, add a photo if you like, and download the queue QR card for your counter.
Your dashboard works from the first minute. Your public listing, page and leaderboard appear once we have had a quick look, usually within one working day. You can come back to any step later under Settings, or reopen the set-up from Help.
Running the floor
Waitlist is your live queue. Players join from the app or from the QR on your counter; phone and walk-in customers go in the same list with “Add to list”, so one table never goes twice. Call the next player, then Seat them when they sit, or Skip if they do not show — nothing is ever deleted, so the board always reads true.
Tables shows what is free right now. Set how many of each game are free with the counters, or mark a table out of service so it drops out of the count. Bookings that hold a table are counted for you.
No-shows never block a player automatically. When the same number misses several times, the dashboard asks you what to do.
Bookings
Bookings are off by default. Turn them on under Settings → Bookings, then set your rules: how far ahead a player can book, how much notice you need, whether you approve each booking, and how many a player may hold. The database enforces the rules, so the calendar can never double-book a table.
Turn on “Online booking” to get a link and a co-branded poster; anyone can book from it without the app, and the booking lands on your calendar like any other.
Your public page, links and QR
Every hall has a public page at bidanao.app/v/your-hall with live availability, your hours and your leaderboard. Under Settings → Online queue you can print the queue QR card or poster, copy the link, or paste a ready-made WhatsApp message.
Photos and your logo live under Settings → Profile. The cover photo is what players see on your card in the app.
Alerts
Under Settings → Alerts, turn on browser alerts on every device you use at the counter. You get a notification for every player action: a queue join, a booking, a cancellation. On an iPhone or iPad, add the dashboard to your Home Screen first, then enable alerts from there.
Leaderboard and tournaments
Your hall’s leaderboard ranks settled ratings from games scored at your hall in the last sixty days, per game. Names appear only when a player chooses. Hosting a tournament at your hall is done from the organiser console at organizer.bidanao.app with the same login; events hosted at a subscribed hall carry no fee.
The free listing and your plan
Your listing, public page and live table availability are free, for good: set your tables and keep the count up to date without ever paying. The plan adds the live queue, bookings, your hall’s leaderboard and analytics. Every hall gets those free for its first thirty days, with no card.
The plan is priced per table: the first five at S$8 a month each, the next ten at S$5, the next twenty at S$3. Annual is one payment of ten months covering twelve. Under Settings → Billing, add the email for receipts, then pay by card (renews automatically) or PayNow (a link each period). Full details are on bidanao.app/pricing.
On a plan, adding a table beyond the ones you pay for shows the new price and the amount for the rest of the period; you confirm and pay, and the table appears once paid. Removing a table takes effect at your next renewal. Halls not on a plan add tables freely. Cancelling runs to the end of the period you paid for, and your listing, page and data stay. The rules are on bidanao.app/refunds.
Getting help
Open Help in the dashboard menu and send a ticket. Choose what it is about, describe what you were doing and what you saw, and we reply there, usually within one working day. The same page links back to this guide.

在 bidanao.app/join/venue 注册,然后用您设定的密码登录 venue.bidanao.app。
详情见 bidanao.app/pricing。
具体规则见 bidanao.app/refunds。
