Help for venues
Last updated 9 October 2026
Everything the venue dashboard does, in the order you meet it. About fifteen minutes gets a venue running; the rest is at your own pace.
Getting set up
Sign up at bidanao.app/join/venue, then sign in at venue.bidanao.app with the password you chose. The first time you sign in, a short set-up opens: confirm your venue’s details, set how many tables of each game you have, choose your opening hours from a preset, add a photo if you like, and download the queue QR card for your counter.
Your dashboard works from the first minute. Your public listing, page and leaderboard appear once we have had a quick look, usually within one working day. You can come back to any step later under Settings, or reopen the set-up from Help.
Running the floor
Waitlist is your live queue. Players join from the app or from the QR on your counter; phone and walk-in customers go in the same list with “Add to list”, so one table never goes twice. Call the next player, then Seat them when they sit, or Skip if they do not show — nothing is ever deleted, so the board always reads true.
Tables shows what is free right now. Set how many of each game are free with the counters, or mark a table out of service so it drops out of the count. Bookings that hold a table are counted for you.
No-shows never block a player automatically. When the same number misses several times, the dashboard asks you what to do.
Bookings
Bookings are off by default. Turn them on under Settings → Bookings, then set your rules: how far ahead a player can book, how much notice you need, whether you approve each booking, and how many a player may hold. The database enforces the rules, so the calendar can never double-book a table.
Turn on “Online booking” to get a link and a co-branded poster; anyone can book from it without the app, and the booking lands on your calendar like any other.
Your public page, links and QR
Every venue has a public page at bidanao.app/v/your-venue with live availability, your hours and your leaderboard. Under Settings → Online queue you can print the queue QR card or poster, copy the link, or paste a ready-made WhatsApp message.
Photos and your logo live under Settings → Profile. The cover photo is what players see on your card in the app.
Alerts
Under Settings → Alerts, turn on browser alerts on every device you use at the counter. You get a notification for every player action: a queue join, a booking, a cancellation. On an iPhone or iPad, add the dashboard to your Home Screen first, then enable alerts from there.
Leaderboard and tournaments
Your venue’s leaderboard ranks settled ratings from games scored at your venue in the last sixty days, per game. Names appear only when a player chooses. Hosting a tournament at your venue is done from the organizer console at organizer.bidanao.app with the same login, and running one is free, at any size.
The free listing and your plan
Your listing, public page, live table availability and your venue’s leaderboard are free, for good: set your tables and keep the count up to date without ever paying. The plan adds the live queue, bookings, the online links, browser alerts and analytics. Every venue gets those free for its first thirty days, with no card.
The plan is priced per table; the price for your number of tables is on bidanao.app/pricing. Under Settings → Billing, add the email for receipts, then pay by card (renews automatically) or PayNow (a link each period).
On a plan, adding a table beyond the ones you pay for shows the new price and the amount for the rest of the period; you confirm and pay, and the table appears once paid. Removing a table takes effect at your next renewal. Venues not on a plan add tables freely. Cancelling runs to the end of the period you paid for, and your listing, page and data stay. The rules are on bidanao.app/refunds.
Getting help
Open Help in the dashboard menu and send a ticket. Choose what it is about, describe what you were doing and what you saw, and we reply there, usually within one working day. The same page links back to this guide.
Every screen, in detail
The basics
What the console is
- The console is a website at venue.bidanao.app. There is nothing to install. It works in the browser on a counter computer, a tablet or a phone, and the screens rearrange themselves to fit a phone.
- The menu has ten screens: Dashboard, Tables, Waitlist, Reservations, VIP, Ban list, Reviews, Analytics, Settings and Help.
Signing in
- A hall signs in with its email and password, or with a venue ID if it has no email.
- one login per hall, shared by the staff who use it.
- Forgotten password: “Forgot password” on the sign-in page. A hall with an email gets a reset link. A hall with a venue ID gets a code by WhatsApp to the hall’s own registered phone number.
First-time set-up
- The first sign-in opens a short set-up: confirm the hall’s details, enter the tables for each game, pick opening hours from a preset, add a photo, and download the queue QR card for the counter. About fifteen minutes. Every step can be changed later in Settings, and the set-up can be reopened from Help.
- The dashboard works from the first minute. The public listing, page and leaderboard appear after a quick check by us, usually within one working day.
Dashboard (home screen)
- Four numbers at a glance: players waiting, today’s bookings, free tables and occupied tables. A new hall also sees a short “Finish setting up” list (hours, tables, alerts, photo) that disappears once done.
Tables
Your table list
- Tables are listed by game: Pool, Heyball and Snooker.
- Each table carries the hall’s own number, typed in by the hall, so bookings and staff use the same numbering as the floor.
- Add a table by typing its number. Remove one with the ✕. A table that still has a booking cannot be removed until the booking is dealt with.
How many are free right now
- One plus and minus counter per game. Staff set how many are free; they do not tick each table.
- Players see the number at once, on the hall’s public page and in the app, with “updated X minutes ago”.
- Confirm availability refreshes that time without changing the count, so players can see the number is current.
Tables held by a booking
- A table with a booking running now is counted as taken automatically. Staff do not need to adjust the counter for it.
- Those tables are listed under “Booked right now”, with the player’s name and the end time.
- Free it up ends that booking, for when the player has left early. The table shows as free straight away.
Out of service
- The 🔧 on a table takes it out of service, for a re-cloth or a repair. It drops out of the free count and cannot be booked until it is put back.
The waiting list
Who joins, and how
- From the app. A player joins the hall’s queue and says where they are and how many minutes away.
- From the web, with no app. A player scans the hall’s QR code or opens its link, and joins with a name and phone number. These show a 🌐 Web badge.
- Added by staff. “+ Add to queue” for a phone caller or a walk-in: a name, an optional phone number, and the game. These show ☎ Phone or Walk-in.
- All three sit in one list in the order they joined, so a table is never promised twice.
Calling and seating
- 📣 Call next calls whoever is first in line, in one tap. Each player also has their own Call button.
- The player’s phone changes to “You’re up”. An app player gets a phone alert; a web player sees it on the page they are watching.
- Seat when they sit down. Seat now seats someone without calling first.
- A countdown shows how long the called player has left. It is information only: staff still decide.
When someone does not turn up
- Skip (no penalty). Drops the player from the line. They are told kindly that their turn passed and can join again.
- No-show. Drops them and adds one to their no-show count at this hall. only for players who joined with an account; a walk-in or phone entry can only be skipped or cancelled.
- Cancel. Removes someone who has told the hall they are not coming.
Undo and restore
- Every action shows an Undo for a few seconds. An undone No-show is never recorded.
- Recently cleared lists everyone seated, skipped, cancelled or marked no-show in the last two hours, with Restore to put them back in line. Restoring a no-show also takes it off their count.
- Nothing is ever deleted, so the list always shows what really happened.
Good to know
- The list updates by itself. A green “Live” badge shows it is connected.
- If a player leaves the queue from their phone at the same moment staff tap a button, the screen says the spot just changed and refreshes. Nothing is lost.
- An entry nobody touches for six hours is cleared automatically and shown as “Expired”.
Queue settings
Waiting list on or off
- The “Waitlist queueing” switch. On by default. Off means players cannot join; staff can still see the screen. With both the waiting list and reservations off, the hall is walk-in only.
Calling style
- Ask players to confirm. A called player must tap “On my way” or “Can’t make it”. Staff see the answer on the list.
- Just call them. No confirming step. The call is the message; staff Seat or Skip.
Respond window
- Only in “Ask players to confirm”. How many minutes a called player has to answer before they are skipped.
Arrival grace
- How many minutes a called player’s table is held before it counts as a no-show. The hall’s own figure always applies: a player saying they are far away does not stretch it.
Auto-skip no-replies
- Only in “Just call them”. A called player who has not arrived by the end of the arrival grace is skipped automatically, with no penalty, and can rejoin. Off means staff skip them by hand. It works whether or not the console is open: with the Waitlist screen open it happens on the second and offers Undo; with the console closed it happens within a minute.
Limit how many can wait
- Off means no limit. On sets a maximum (“Max waiting”), from 1 to 100 players. Once the line is full, new players are told so and cannot join. Staff can still add a walk-in past the limit.
Waitlist hours
- An optional narrower window for joining the queue, for a hall that only wants a queue at peak times. Left empty, players can join whenever the hall is open.
Reservations
Seeing the bookings
- List. What needs doing: “Now / overdue” first, then “Upcoming”.
- Day. Tables down the side, hours across. Answers “is table 3 free at 8?”.
- Week and Month. The shape of the coming evenings. Tapping a day in the month opens that day.
- The console remembers which view the hall prefers.
Acting on a booking
- Accept or Decline, when the hall approves each booking itself. The player is told either way.
- Arrived when they turn up, then Completed when they finish.
- No show if they never come (players with an account only).
- Cancel. The player is notified.
Adding a booking by hand
- “+ Add booking” for a phone call or a walk-in: name, optional phone, the game, the exact table, the date, a start time and an optional end time. Leaving the end blank makes it open-ended. It goes onto the same board as app and web bookings.
No double bookings
- Two bookings can never overlap on the same table. The system refuses the second one, whoever enters it and however it arrives.
Badges
- A booking from the web shows 🌐 Web, one staff typed in shows ☎ Phone or Walk-in, and a VIP’s booking is highlighted in gold.
Reservation settings
Reservations on or off
- Off by default. Turning it off later stops new bookings only. Existing bookings are kept and honoured; the console tells the hall how many there are before switching off.
Require approval for bookings
- On: each booking is a request the hall accepts or declines. Off: bookings confirm instantly.
Allow fixed-hour bookings
- On: the player picks a number of hours. Off: the player books a start time and the session runs open-ended, the way a hall on a meter works.
Bookings open up to
- How far ahead a player can book, set in days or in hours.
Minimum notice
- How soon before the start a booking can still be made, in steps of 15 minutes. Zero lets a player book a table starting now.
Max bookings per player
- How many bookings one player can hold at this hall at the same time, from 1 to 20.
Online links, QR codes and posters
Online queue
- A public page where anyone joins the hall’s queue from a link or QR code, with no app and no account, and watches their place from their own phone.
- A switch turns it on. It needs the waiting list to be on.
- Tools: copy the link, copy a ready-made WhatsApp message, download the QR code, print a “Join the queue here” poster with the hall’s name.
Online booking
- A public page where anyone books a table from a link or QR code, with no app and no account. The booking lands on the hall’s calendar like any other.
- A switch turns it on. It needs reservations to be on.
- Tools: copy the link, copy a ready-made WhatsApp message, download the QR code, print a poster.
Cancelling online
- The hall chooses whether people can cancel their own online booking.
- The hall sets the cut-off: how long before the start they can still cancel. By default it matches the hall’s minimum notice.
- The hall can add one or two sentences of its own.
- The booking page always states the policy, and the console shows the exact sentence people will read.
VIP
What VIP is
- A status the hall gives to chosen regulars, by Singapore mobile number.
- A VIP can book a table even when reservations are switched off for everyone else.
- The number can be added before the person has the app; it links to their account when they sign up.
- The hall should only add a number with that person’s consent, and can remove it at any time.
Extra room for VIPs
- Three optional switches, each off until the hall turns it on:
- Shorter notice for VIPs (“VIP minimum notice”). VIPs can book closer to the start time than everyone else.
- Book further ahead (“VIP bookings open up to”). VIPs can book before the general window opens.
- Higher booking cap for VIPs (“VIP max bookings”). VIPs can hold more bookings at once.
No-shows and the ban list
No-show rules
- Track no-shows. On: missed bookings and missed queue turns are counted. Off: they are not counted at all at this hall.
- Flag a player after. The number of no-shows at which the hall is asked what to do.
Nobody is blocked automatically
- When a player reaches the limit, the console asks the hall and offers three choices: block from reservations only, from the waiting list only, or from both. The hall can also dismiss the question. The player then stays on the watch list but is not blocked.
The Ban list screen
- Blocked players. Everyone the hall has blocked, with what they are blocked from, and a way to unblock them.
- No-show watch. Players who are building up no-shows but are not blocked, with one-tap block buttons.
- A block follows the player’s phone number, so it holds even if they delete their account and make a new one.
- A block applies at this hall only.
Hours
Weekly opening hours
- Open and close times for each day of the week. A closing time after midnight is fine, for example 6 pm to 2 am.
- Two extra rows for the eve of a public holiday and the public holiday itself.
- The hours shown to players (the “Public hours note”) are written from this grid automatically, so every hall’s hours read the same way.
- Players cannot book or join the queue outside these hours.
Closures and special hours
- For one particular date: close for the whole day, or set different hours.
- If the change clashes with bookings already made, the console says how many and asks before going ahead. Those bookings are then cancelled and the players are told. It does not count against them.
Alerts
Alerts when a player does something
- The browser alerts the hall when a player joins the queue, books, or cancels.
- Alerts are switched on per device, so the counter computer and a phone can both ring.
- “Send test” checks it works.
- On an iPhone or iPad, the console must first be added to the Home Screen from Safari; then alerts can be turned on from there.
The hall’s profile
Photos and logo
- A cover photo, which is what players see on the hall’s card in the app, plus a gallery, up to six photos in all, and the hall’s logo.
Details the hall can edit
- Pricing. Free text, shown on the hall’s page as written. The system does no sums with it.
- Your own booking link. A hall that takes bookings through its own website can paste the address. Its page then shows “Book on their website”.
- Find them on. The hall’s own website, Instagram and Facebook. Its page shows them as links, so players can check the latest from the hall itself. Web addresses only.
- Contact phone. Shown on the hall’s page so players can ring.
- Contact name and Contact email. For us to reach the hall. Players never see them.
Details that are fixed
- Name, area, address, type and UEN are set when the hall joins and cannot be edited in the console. To change one, the hall sends a ticket from Help.
Country and time zone
- Country. Set when the hall signs up. It decides the phone numbers the hall takes and, later, its price list, so only Bida Nào can change it: send a ticket from Help.
- Time zone. Every opening hour, booking slot and alert time is read on this clock. A hall can pick another time zone of its own country, for a country with more than one. A wrong zone shifts every hour, so the screen asks before it saves.
Reviews
Who can review your venue
- Only players who have played at your venue can rate it: someone seated from your waiting list, someone who arrived for a booking, or someone who scored a match at your venue in the app.
- Each player gives one to five stars and may add a short comment. They can change their own review later; each player has one review per venue.
- Comments are checked before they are shown. A rating without a comment is shown straight away.
Answering a review
- Open Reviews and choose Answer this review. Your answer is public and shows under the review in the app and on your page at bidanao.app.
- You can edit your answer at any time. Saving an empty answer removes it. The player is told the first time you answer.
- You cannot change or remove a player’s review. If a review breaks the rules, tell us through Help.
Analytics
The hall’s last 30 days
- Reservations: bookings today, bookings this week, and the no-show rate.
- Waiting list: how many joined, how many were seated and what share that is, no-shows, and the average wait before being seated.
- Popular hours: which hours get the most bookings.
- Table usage: which tables are booked most. This counts bookings, not hours played.
- A hall only ever sees its own figures.
Leaderboard and tournaments
The hall’s leaderboard
- Ranks players by rating from games scored at the hall in the last sixty days, per game. A player’s name shows only if they have chosen to appear. It is free and is never switched off.
Hosting a tournament
- Run from a separate organiser console at organizer.bidanao.app with the same login. Running one is free at any size.
Plan and billing
What is free and what the plan adds
- Free for good: the listing in the directory, the hall’s public page, the live free-table count and the hall’s leaderboard.
- Comes with the plan: the waiting list, reservations, the online queue and online booking links, browser alerts and analytics.
- Every hall gets the plan free for its first thirty days, with no card. The thirty days start when the hall claims its listing.
Paying
- The price depends only on the number of tables, and is shown in the console for the hall’s own count.
- Card: renews automatically. PayNow: a payment link each period.
- The hall types the email address its receipts go to. Past invoices and receipts are listed on the same screen.
- Update card, cancel at the end of the paid period, or resume, all from the same screen.
Adding or removing tables on a plan
- Adding a table beyond what the hall pays for shows the new price and the amount for the rest of the period. The hall confirms and pays, and the table appears once paid.
- Removing a table lowers the price from the next renewal.
- A hall not on a plan adds and removes tables freely.
If the plan stops
- New queue entries, new bookings and analytics go on hold. The listing, the page, the live table count, the leaderboard and all the hall’s data stay. Entries and bookings already made can still be handled. Paying switches everything back on the same minute.
Help
Guides, email and tickets
- A link to the written guide, in English and Chinese.
- Our email address, support@bidanao.app. A person replies by email within one working day. The “Need help?” link at the foot of the menu opens this screen from anywhere.
- A form to send us a ticket: pick what it is about (setting up, waiting list, bookings, plan or billing, something broken, something else) and describe what happened.
- We reply in writing on the same screen, usually within one working day. Past tickets and replies are listed there.
Questions hall owners ask
Cost and commitment
How much is it really, all in, per month?
One price, set only by how many tables you have. No set-up fee, no GST, no commission, nothing extra for messages or alerts. The exact figure for your number of tables is on bidanao.app/pricing.
Is there a contract? Can I stop any month?
No minimum term on the monthly plan. You can cancel in the console at any time and it runs to the end of the period you paid for. Your listing, your page and your data stay.
Do you take a cut of my bookings or table money?
No. We don’t take a cut of your table revenue, and that is written in our venue terms. Players pay you directly.
Is the free part really free, or does it stop after a while?
It stays free. Your listing, your public page, the live free-table count and your leaderboard are free for good, with no limit on how many people see them.
Is there a limit on how many people can queue or book in a month?
No. There is no monthly cap and no charge per booking or per player. The only limit on your queue is one you choose to set yourself.
Do I pay for the messages players get?
No. Calls, booking confirmations and reminders to players are included. You are never billed per message.
What happens when the 30 free days end? Will you charge me automatically?
No. We take no card for the free 30 days, so nothing can be charged. We remind you before they end. If you don’t continue, the queue and bookings go on hold and your listing stays up.
I only have a few tables. Is this even for me?
Yes. The price is per table, so a small hall pays a small amount, and the free listing costs nothing at any size.
Why pay when my paper book and WhatsApp are free?
Nothing has to change. Your book and your phone carry on. This sits alongside and answers “is there a table free?” for you, and the listing part is free.
How will I know it is paying for itself?
The first 30 days are free, so you judge by what you see at the counter before paying anything. The console also shows how many players joined your queue and how many were seated.
If I add or remove a table, does my bill change?
Yes, and you see it first. Adding a table shows the new price and the amount for the rest of the period; you confirm before anything is charged. Removing one lowers the price from your next renewal. A table out of service for repair still counts as one of your tables.
Can I pay by PayNow instead of a card?
Yes. By card it renews automatically. By PayNow you get a payment link each period and nothing is taken unless you pay it.
Do I get a receipt for my accounts? Is there GST?
Yes. Receipts go to the email you choose and every past invoice is listed in the console. There is no GST on the price.
Will the price go up once I depend on it?
Today’s published price is on bidanao.app/pricing. We take no commission on your table revenue. For anything about future terms, venue support can confirm in writing.
Is there a discount, or a deal for joining early?
There are no discounts or special deals. The published price already has two savings built in: the first 30 days are free, and paying yearly costs ten months instead of twelve.
Not now. Can I look at this after the busy season?
Yes. Your listing stays up either way, and you can start whenever you like.
Is there a government grant for this?
No. We are not part of any grant scheme.
Effort and staff
How long does it take to set up? Can I do it myself?
About fifteen minutes, by yourself. Enter your tables, pick your opening hours, add a photo if you like, and print the QR card for your counter.
I’m not good with computers. Is it hard to learn?
On a busy night it is one screen: tap plus or minus to set how many tables are free.
Will my part-timers manage it on a busy night without me?
The queue screen has one main button per player, Call then Seat, and every tap can be undone for a few seconds.
Does it mean more work at the counter when we’re already rushed?
It takes one job away: answering “is there a table free?” and “how long is the wait?”. In exchange staff tap plus or minus when a table changes.
What do I need to run it?
Anything with a web browser: your counter computer, a tablet or a phone. Nothing to install and no equipment to buy.
Can I use it on the counter computer and on my own phone at home?
Yes. Sign in on as many devices as you like, and they all show the same thing at the same moment.
Can each staff member have their own login, with limited access?
Not today. A hall has one login, shared by whoever is at the counter, and it opens everything including billing.
Who teaches my staff?
This guide covers every screen, and the queue and Tables screens are simple enough to learn in one quiet afternoon.
Who do I ask when I’m stuck, and how fast do you reply?
Send a ticket from Help in the console. A person replies in writing, usually within one working day.
Is it in Chinese?
The written guide is in English and Chinese, and players can use the app in either. The console itself is in English.
Do I have to keep updating it all day?
Only the free-table count, when it changes. Tables held by a booking are counted for you, and players can see how long ago the count was updated.
Fit with how the hall runs today
Can it replace my paper book, or do I keep both?
It can replace the book for the queue and for bookings: phone calls and walk-ins go into the same list as everyone else. It does not record what a table earned, so keep whatever you use for takings.
Does it work with my POS, table timers or light system?
No, it does not connect to them. It runs beside them: your system times and bills the table, and this shows players what is free and manages the queue and bookings.
Does it work out the table charge and take payment?
No. Players pay you directly, the way they do now. You can show your prices on your page as text.
If my timer says a table is on, do I also have to mark it busy here?
Yes, one tap. The two systems don’t talk to each other, so staff press minus when a table goes on and plus when it comes off.
I charge per hour, per person, different rates at peak. Does that matter?
No. It never touches your pricing. Charge however you like.
Most of my bookings come by WhatsApp or phone. Can I still take those?
Yes. Take the call or the message as usual and tap “Add booking”. It goes on the same calendar, so it can’t clash with one made online.
What about walk-ins? Do they have to go through the system?
No. If a table is free they just play. When you’re full, staff can add a walk-in to the queue by name, with no phone needed.
Can I have the waiting list only and no reservations, or the other way round?
Yes. They are two separate switches. Reservations start switched off.
League night or a private event takes most of my tables. How do I block them?
Three ways. Add a booking yourself on each of those tables for those hours. Or take the tables out of service for the evening. Or set special hours for that date. There is no single “block for an event” button.
I have pool and snooker tables. Can players choose?
Yes. Tables are listed by game, players see the free count for each, and they queue or book for the game they want.
Can I move a booking to another table?
Not in one tap. Cancel the booking and add it again on the other table. If a player with a booking leaves early, “Free it up” releases their table at once.
I have two outlets. One account or two?
Each outlet has its own listing, its own login and its own plan.
Can I set my own rules: how far ahead, how much notice, how late to cancel?
Yes, all of those: how far ahead players can book, the minimum notice, how many bookings one player can hold, whether you approve each one, and the cut-off for cancelling online.
Can it show my prices and promotions?
Your page has a pricing box where you type whatever you like, and you change it yourself whenever it changes.
Players and customers
Do my customers have to download an app?
No. They scan your QR code or open your link and join the queue or book in their phone’s browser. The app is there for those who want it.
What about customers with no smartphone, or older ones who won’t scan a QR?
Staff add them by name at the counter and call them the usual way. They never touch a phone.
How does a customer know it’s their turn?
You press Call. With the app, their phone gets an alert. Without it, the page they are watching changes to “You’re up”.
Can they see their place in line?
Yes, live on their own phone, so they stop asking the counter.
Does it tell them how long the wait will be?
No. It shows their place in line, not a time, because nobody can know when a table will finish. Once called, it tells them how long you will hold the table.
Can they join the queue before they arrive?
Yes, and they say how many minutes away they are. You can limit how long the queue gets, and limit the hours when people can join.
Will my customers actually use it? They’re used to just walking in.
Nobody has to change. A QR card at the counter lets the ones who want it join from their phone, and the rest carry on as before.
Will it feel cold? My regulars like to talk to me.
It doesn’t replace the counter. It takes away the “is there a table free?” messages so you have more time for the people in front of you.
Do customers have to give their phone number?
Joining or booking from the web asks for a name and a mobile number, so the booking belongs to someone. A walk-in added by staff needs only a name.
Does the customer pay anything?
No. Finding your hall, queueing and booking are free for players.
Can I take a deposit for a booking?
No. The system takes no money from players. For no-shows it gives you a count per player and lets you block repeat offenders.
Reliability
What happens if my internet goes down on a Saturday night?
The console needs the internet, so it stops updating until you’re back. Nothing is lost: the queue and bookings are kept on our side, and you can carry on from a phone on mobile data.
What if the counter tablet dies or gets lost?
Nothing is stored on the device. Sign in on any other phone or computer and everything is there.
What if staff forget to update the free tables and people come down for nothing?
Players see when the count was last updated, so an old number looks old. The console reminds staff to confirm it when it has gone a while, and tables held by a booking are counted without anyone touching it.
What if we press the wrong thing?
Every action has an Undo for a few seconds, and anyone cleared in the last two hours can be put back in line. Nothing is ever deleted.
Can two people get the same table at the same time?
No. The system refuses a second booking that overlaps on the same table, however it comes in: app, web, or typed in by staff.
If a customer cancels, does it really free the table?
Yes, immediately, and the slot can be booked again straight away.
If something breaks at 11 pm, who helps me?
Send a ticket from Help and a person replies in writing, usually within one working day. There is no phone line.
Will alerts reach me if the browser is closed or I’m away from the counter?
Turn alerts on for each device you carry. On a phone they arrive like any other notification. On a computer the browser needs to be running.
Control and fairness
What do I do about people who book and don’t turn up?
Mark them No-show. It counts against that player at your hall, and when they reach the number you set, you are asked whether to block them. Players booking online also get a reminder before their slot.
Will it ban someone automatically?
Never. It only asks you. You choose: block from bookings, from the queue, from both, or leave it.
Can I look after my regulars?
Yes, for bookings. Make them a VIP and they can book even when bookings are closed to everyone else, and you can let VIPs book further ahead, at shorter notice, or hold more bookings. The queue itself runs in the order people joined; staff can still seat anyone they choose.
How long do I hold a table for someone who’s late?
You decide, in minutes. Staff see a countdown. You can also have a late player skipped for you automatically, with no penalty to them.
Can someone hog the queue or book lots of tables?
No. One phone number is one place in your queue, and you set how many bookings one player can hold at a time.
Can I stop the queue or bookings when it’s too crowded?
Yes. Set a limit on the queue, set the hours when people can join, or switch the queue or bookings off altogether. Each is one switch.
Do I stay in control, or does the system decide who gets the table?
You stay in control. It shows the order people joined; staff decide who to call and who to seat.
Can a banned customer come back with another number?
A block follows the phone number, so a new account on the same number is still blocked. Someone with a different SIM card could get round it, and you would block that number too.
Data, privacy and trust
Who can see my hall’s figures?
Your hall’s figures are shown only to you in your dashboard, not to other halls or to players. The public sees how many tables are free, and nothing else.
Who can see my customers’ phone numbers?
You see the numbers that customers gave you: web joins, web bookings, and anyone staff typed in. Players who use the app are shown to you by name, without their number. Other halls see none of it.
Where is my data kept? Is it safe?
It is kept with our hosting and database providers, which may be on servers outside Singapore, and they are required to protect it to the same standard. For anything on data terms, venue support can confirm in writing.
Am I in trouble under PDPA for collecting numbers this way?
That needs a person. Send us your question and venue support will answer in writing.
Will you send advertisements to my customers?
We don’t send anything in your hall’s name except what you trigger: a call, a booking confirmation, a reminder, a cancellation.
You’re a new small company. What if you close down?
Registered Singapore company, 30 days free, no minimum term on the monthly plan, and you can stop any time.
Which other halls use it? Can I talk to one?
We don’t share anything about other halls. The public directory on our site shows who is listed.
Why do you want my UEN?
To check that the person claiming a hall really runs it, so nobody else can take over your listing. A person checks every claim.
Getting started and leaving
My hall is already on your site. Who put it there?
We list every cue-sports hall we can find, from public information, so players can find somewhere to play. It is free. Claim it to correct the details and take it over.
What do I need to give you to start?
Your name, your role, a work email and the hall’s UEN. About two minutes. No payment details.
Can I try it without my customers seeing anything?
Reservations stay off until you switch them on, and you can switch the waiting list off while you learn. Your listing and the free-table count are public.
How do I cancel? What happens to my listing and data?
Cancel in the console under Billing. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Your listing, your page, the free-table count, your leaderboard and your data all stay.
If I stop paying, does my hall disappear?
No. Only the queue, bookings and analytics go on hold. Paying switches them back on the same minute.
Can I get my records out if I leave?
There is no export button today. Ask venue support in writing and we will send them.
Can I close for renovation and come back later?
Yes. Mark the dates closed so players can see, and cancel the plan if it is a long break. Everything is still there when you resume.
Being found, and other halls
Will this bring me new customers, or only manage the ones I have?
People search for a pool hall near them every day. Your page shows where you are and your hours, and you can show your table availability to the public.
Do I have to pay to be shown above other halls?
No. Nobody can pay for a higher place in the directory.
Players will see when I’m empty. Doesn’t that hurt me?
Players see how many tables are free, and on a quiet night that is what tells them to come down now. The count is part of the listing.
Can customers leave reviews?
No. There are no reviews or star ratings of halls.
What is the leaderboard for?
It ranks players by the games they scored at your hall in the last sixty days. It is free, and it gives your regulars a reason to play their games at your tables.
Can I put the QR at my counter and the link on Facebook or Google?
Yes. The console gives you the link, a QR code, a poster to print and a ready-made message to paste into a chat.
Things it does not do
Can I see which hours and days are busiest?
Yes. Analytics shows your popular hours, bookings, queue joins, average wait and no-show rate for the last 30 days.
Can I see my takings in it?
No. It doesn’t handle money, so it can’t show revenue. It counts bookings and queue joins.
Can I tell if staff are letting friends play without recording it?
No. That is what a table-timer system is for. This works beside one.
Can I change my hours quickly for a holiday or a private event?
Yes. Pick the date and mark it closed or set different hours. If that clashes with bookings already made, it tells you how many, and tells those players for you.

这里按您使用的顺序介绍场馆后台的每项功能。大约十五分钟即可让球馆运转起来,其余设置可以随时慢慢完成。
开始设置
在 bidanao.app/join/venue 注册,然后用您设定的密码登录 venue.bidanao.app。
套餐按球台计价,您的球台数量对应的价格见 bidanao.app/pricing。
具体规则见 bidanao.app/refunds。
获取帮助
在后台菜单中打开“帮助”并提交工单。选择问题类型,描述您当时的操作和看到的情况,我们会在那里回复,通常在一个工作日内。同一页面也可返回本指南。
