For venues
Your tables, live on every player’s phone. Free.
List your venue and keep your table availability up to date, and players across Singapore see it before they set off. It takes about fifteen minutes, needs no card, and stays free. When you want the queue, bookings and analytics, the plan is there. The first 30 days are free!

Beside your cashier system
A different job from your cashier system.
Keep your cashier system, your table timers and your lights as they are. Bida Nào does a different job.
What your cashier system or table timer does
- Times each table and works out the charge
- Takes payment and records takings
- Tracks food and drink
What Bida Nào does
- Shows players how many tables are available right now
- Keeps one queue for app, web, phone and walk-in players
- Takes bookings checked against your hours and tables
- Shows busy hours, waiting times, no-shows and table use
The two do not connect. When a table goes on or comes off, staff tap it here too: one tap. Players pay you directly, the way they do now, and your prices appear on your page as text, however you charge.
Why your venue should use it
What changes on the floor.
Tables sit empty on a quiet weeknight while players across town do not know you have room.
Your live availability is on their phone before they leave home.
A queue kept on paper by the till, and a phone that rings while you are seating someone.
One list for app, web, phone and walk-in players, called in order with one tap.
A booking made by phone, a walk-in on the same table, and nobody sure who was first.
Bookings checked against your hours and tables, so the same table never goes twice.
A feeling that Fridays are busy, and no way to see what actually happened last week.
Busy hours, waiting times, no-shows and table use, on one screen.
Take the paper away
One board, however your customers come.
The queue and bookings work both ways. Players can do it themselves on the app or the web, and your staff can enter anyone else by hand. Everyone lands on the same board, in the same order, so the notebook by the till can go.
Customers who are not comfortable with apps are not affected. They call or walk in as they always have, and you put them on the list.
Players with the app
Join the queue or book a table in the app.
Anyone with a phone
Use your link or QR card. No app and no account needed.
Customers who call
You type them in while you are on the phone.
Customers at the counter
You add them in a few taps. They do not need a phone at all.
The call nobody answers
Stop ringing numbers that do not pick up.
Every venue knows the moment: a table becomes available, you call the next customer, and nothing happens. Here the call and the answer each take one tap, so a table never waits on someone who is not coming.
On the phone
- You ring the next name on the list. No answer.
- You wait, ring again, and try the name after that.
- The table sits empty, and the players at the counter watch it.
With Bida Nào
- One tap on Call. Their phone alerts them, or their queue page shows they are up.
- They reply with a tap: on their way, and how many minutes, or they cannot make it.
- Your board counts down. No reply in time? Skip them in one tap, or let the board do it, and call the next.
- A skip is never a penalty, and you can undo it.
Customers you added by hand get a call from you, as before.
Your venue, your rules
Set it up the way your venue already runs.
No two venues work the same way, so the dashboard does not assume. Every rule below is a setting you change yourself, and the dashboard applies it for you. You can also switch the queue, bookings, online queue and online booking on or off, one by one.
Your hours
Weekly opening hours, public-holiday hours and closed days. Bookings and the queue follow them.
How you call players
Ask players to confirm they are on their way, or just call them, with an optional automatic skip for anyone who does not reply.
How long the queue gets
Cap the queue when the venue is full, or leave it open.
Your booking rules
How far ahead players can book, how much notice you need, how many bookings one player may hold, and whether you approve each one.
Cancellations and no-shows
Choose how late players can cancel online, and whether to keep a no-show count. A no-show never blocks anyone by itself; you decide.
Your regulars
Mark VIPs and give them longer booking windows, shorter notice or more bookings.
What is free, and what is the plan

The plan
One queue, whoever is asking.
Everyone waiting, in order, with a Call and a Seat button for each.

The plan
Every booking, by table and time.
The day, week and month at a glance, with bookings from the app, the web and the phone together.

The plan
See what is working.
The last thirty days on one screen, and which tables earn their keep.
What players see
A reason to choose your venue, and to come back.
Players open Bida Nào to find a table, and your live count tells them you have one. Once they are playing, they score their frames in the app and earn a rating that settles over real games. Games scored at your venue put them on your venue’s own leaderboard, so your regulars have a board to climb, at your venue.
Players sign up free. Read how the rating works or see the Singapore leaderboard.

Help when you need it
You are not on your own.
A guide for every screen
The venue guide walks through set-up and every part of the dashboard, in English and Chinese.
A ticket from your dashboard
Anything the guide does not answer, raise from Help in your dashboard. It reaches us with your venue’s details already attached, and the reply comes back to you there.
Tips inside the dashboard
A short checklist on your dashboard shows what is left to set up, and every setting explains itself where you change it.
The listing is free. The plan starts at S$8 a table a month, and each table costs less as you add more. The first 30 days are free! No card, cancel any time.
See pricingQuestions venues ask.
Do I need new equipment?
No. The dashboard runs in the browser on the phone, tablet or laptop you already have at the counter.
When does my listing go public?
Your dashboard works the minute you sign up. Your public page and listing appear once we have had a quick look at your details, usually within one working day.
Is this a pool table timer or billing system?
No. It does not time tables, work out charges or take payment. It runs beside the timer or cashier system you already use, and tells players how many tables are available, runs the queue and takes bookings.
Does it connect to my POS, table timers or lights?
No. The systems run side by side. Staff tap a table busy or available here when it changes.
Can I see my takings in it?
No. It does not handle money, so it shows bookings and queue numbers, not revenue.
Does it work for snooker clubs?
Yes. Snooker, pool and Heyball tables are listed separately, and players see each one’s availability.
Rather ask first?
Send us a note and we will write back. Money questions (paying, cancelling, what happens after the trial) are answered on the pricing page.
